The eligible Singaporean households will receive a climate voucher worth $400 from 15 April 2025. One set includes a $300 voucher from last year, and the other is an additional $100 available from today under the Enhanced Climate Friendly Households Programme.
The Climate vouchers are available to Singaporeans and permanent residents residing in HDB flats, they can redeem these vouchers. From 15 April 2025, the government has made climate vouchers available for Singaporean households living in private residential property.
The Singaporean government announced the climate vouchers in Budget 2025 to encourage households to adopt energy and water-efficient appliances, as the government provides the money to pay the upfront cost of appliances. In this way, the government intends to work on its climate goal and work for a better future.

Who is eligible?
According to the program guidelines, Singaporeans who meet the following eligibility criteria can expect the climate voucher:
- The Singapore citizens or permanent residents residing or whose registered address is an HDB flat will be eligible;
- The Singaporean households reside in private residential property, where at least one member is a Singapore citizen.
Important note:
- Multiple families/ tenants living in one property or at the same registered address are collectively eligible for the voucher.
- The citizens should know that only one member of the eligible household will be entitled to claim the vouchers.
Eligible Products
Households in Singapore can use the climate vouchers to buy approved LED lights, direct current fans, and other qualified devices with the NEA’s energy or PUB water efficiency logo. Here is the list of eligible products listed under the program to purchase with the climate vouchers:
- Direct Current Fans
- Air Conditions (5 ticks)
- Heat Pump water heaters
- Refrigerators (3 ticks and above)
- Shower Fittings (3 ticks)
- Washing Machine (4 ticks)
- Basin taps and mixers (3 ticks)
- Sink/ Bib taps and mixers (3 ticks)
- Water Closets (3 ticks)
- LED lights, including LED downlights and circular lights (2 ticks and above)
How to redeem?
The additional $100 climate voucher is available from 15 April 2025. Singaporeans who have redeemed the $300 voucher before can claim the additional one alone, or if they have not claimed the $300 voucher, they can claim the $400 voucher in the following steps:
- First, you should go to the ReddemSG claim website at http://go.gov.sg/cv-claim
- Next, click the Climate voucher you wish to claim, $100 or $300, or both.
- Next, click the Login with SingPass and enter your SingPass login credentials.
- After that, the gov.sg will send you an SMS with a link to your climate voucher.
- You can use this link for the purchase of the eligible products at 180 participating retailers.
The eligible households can redeem both climate vouchers till 31 December 2027 and use them accordingly. The household should be aware of the product’s cost and that it will be subject to store policy, and if the purchase exceeds the voucher in value, the remaining cost will be paid by the voucher holder.

Singaporean-eligible households can check the list of participating retailers at https://www.climate-friendly-households.gov.sg/cv-spend/ and locate the store near their residence easily according to the product they wish to buy, and use the voucher for purchase.
Singaporeans should be aware that the CV vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, store credit, refundable, or exchanged for cash.. The participating retailer will verify the address of the person using the voucher, so do not forget to bring the personal identification document with you to the store.
