Who is eligible?
According to the Singapore government’s payouts, households that meet the eligibility conditions of the following rebate will receive the upcoming payout:
- For U-Save rebate:
- You must be living in an HDB flat of type 1-room, 2-room, 3-room, 4-room, 5-room, and Executive/Multi-generation;
- The family members should now possess many properties in Singapore or be interested in them.
- For tenants who have rented out the whole flat must be at least one Singapore citizen.
- If one of the flat occupiers is a Singaporean, you can get the rebate even if the apartment is partially occupied or not for rent (like your own).
- For S&CC rebate
- Among the owners of the flat or flat occupier, at least one should be a Singapore citizen.
- The HDB flat owner has not rented the whole flat; only then may they get the benefit.
- The occupier, tenant, or owner of the apartment must not already own private property or be interested in purchasing it.

When to expect?
The Singapore households can expect the U-Save and S&CC rebate in April 2025, but the government has not specified any date. The recipients can expect a message from the authority when their payment is credited.
